We want you to love your simplehuman tools, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 45 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition to qualify for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process; a copy will also be sent to your email.
Pack the Product
Place the product in its original box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring all original components and manuals are included.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days of receipt.
