What is the warranty period for your products?
We use the best materials and solid engineering so our products will last for years. Most of our trash cans and sensor mirrors carry a warranty ranging from 5 to 10 years, while smaller items typically have a 1-year or 2-year warranty.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to see the real-time status of your delivery.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 45 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
How do I find the correct liner for my trash can?
Each of our trash cans is designed to work with a specific custom fit liner. You can find the letter code (A, B, C, etc.) printed on the inside of the lid or on the liner pocket of your can to ensure a perfect, slip-free fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the United States, Canada, the UK, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
What should I do if my sensor mirror stops working?
First, ensure the device is fully charged using the provided USB cable. If the issue persists, try cleaning the sensor lens with a soft cloth. If it still does not function, please contact our support team to initiate a warranty claim.
